Wesgroup is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Resident Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 22-storey mixed-use residential community comprising 162 homes, ideally situated between Coal Harbour and the West End.

As the face of the building, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping the resident experience while ensuring the property operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. From building strong relationships with residents to coordinating leasing activities, maintenance initiatives, and daily operations, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact every day.

Annual Base Salary

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 – $70,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, market conditions, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.
