River District

River District is a 130 acre master planned, waterfront community located in Vancouver at Marine Drive and Boundary Road.

River District will be a complete community with an elementary school, four child care facilities, restaurants, retail space including a grocery store, parks, office space, public plazas, and recreational amenities, all within walking distance or a short bicycle ride. At full build out the development is expected to have 7,000 new homes housing 18,000 residents and over 500,000 sq.ft. of commercial space.

The Town Centre will be home to various tenants in over 155,000 sf of retail space. To date, Save-On-Foods, TD Bank, Starbucks, Westminster Savings have all leased space.

Langley City Square

The Brewery District is a nine acre, master-planned, transit-oriented community located in New Westminster, BC.

Previously home to the Labatt’s Brewery, the site is strategically located across from the Sapperton SkyTrain station and directly across from the Royal Columbian Hospital. The site offers 1.4 million square feet of buildable area within the projects eight planned buildings of which three have been completed or are under construction. The Brewery District will feature four distinctive interdependent uses: JOBS – over 600,000 sq.ft. of office space, AMENITIES- up to 140,000 sq.ft. of total retail space, HOMES- 650-750 residential units, HEALTH- up to 65,000 sq.ft. of space for health practitioners, health education and health services.

Building Three (Completed Summer 2014):

  • 28,000 sq.ft. single tenant office build-to-suit for Health Sciences Association

Pacific Link Industrial Park

PacificLink is an 83 acre, master planned development located directly on the new South Fraser Perimeter Road in the Bridgeview area of North Surrey.
