For Bernard and Kay, life by the water has shaped both their journey and their sense of home. Originally from South Africa, the couple met by chance during a road trip before eventually making the move to Canada after an unexpected job opportunity inspired a new adventure. Having lived in White Rock and Yaletown before settling in River District, they are drawn to the beauty and tranquility of the waterfront, as well as the strong sense of community they’ve found here.
