We are looking for an experienced, relationship-driven, and highly collaborative Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles while partnering closely with leaders to strengthen hiring practices, elevate interview quality, and drive exceptional hiring outcomes.

You’ll report directly to the Senior Director, People & Culture, a highly regarded and supportive leader known for their thoughtful, collaborative, and people-first approach. You’ll also be joining a highly experienced and well-established team that values partnership, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality work.

The right person for this role is curious, proactive, and energized by building relationships and helping teams make thoughtful hiring decisions. You bring strong business acumen, excellent judgment, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring leaders.

Annual Base Salary: The expected salary range for this role is $85,000 – $100,000 per annum. Actual offered salary will depend on individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
