We`ve hit a major milestone at our Braid Street building—the crane is officially down!

This marks a huge step forward as we continue to see exciting progress: the roof is poured, all windows are in, and the finishing touches are underway on the top floor. The brickwork on the midrise section is complete, and the amenity spaces are nearly finished. Landscaping on the rooftops and throughout the amenity areas is also wrapping up. This purpose-built rental is really taking shape!

Our River District masterplan is focused on creating a walkable, inclusive neighborhood where residents have access to everything they need just steps from their front door. The new community centre is a key milestone in realizing this vision, and we can’t wait to see it come to life.
