Our final property The Keary, at Brewery District, is making great progress, even in the snow.

We`ve completed 95% of the parking levels and are currently working on the ground level, with most of the work focused on concrete and rebar in preparation to pour the main vehicle ramp. We’re also in the process of tying in the main electrical power for the project.

In the next few months, there will be significant progress made toward completing the commercial spaces below the residential tower.

The Keary will be the final piece of the puzzle in our Brewery District masterplan, anticipated to complete next year.

Our final property The Keary, at Brewery District, is making great progress, even in the snow.

These are the small diverse businesses that prepare our lunch, the niche stores that cater to a creative audience of all ages, and the hidden gems. They are the heart and personality of the neighbourhood.”

Excavation and anchor placement at Harlin is progressing smoothly and is expected to wrap up in early 2025.

Fynn, our latest purpose-built rental, is nearing completion. With finishing touches and landscaping in progress, we’re targeting early 2025 for occupancy.

Excavation work is now underway at our Ardea site, with the installation of retaining wall anchors already in progress.
