Mortgage & Financing
If you haven’t already done so, we strongly encourage you to secure your mortgage financing. If you require a Mortgage Specialist to help you with your home’s financing, we have provided the contact information for Mortgage Specialists who are familiar with Ace and would be happy to assist you.
Adding & Removing an Individual
As you start arranging your financing, you might find that your financial institution needs to make changes to the names on your Contract. Any addition or removal of a person is handled through an assignment agreement. Currently, assignments can be made to immediate family members (like a spouse, child, sibling, or parent) or to a holding company that you fully own or control. There is an administration fee of $750 + GST for all assignments. If you need to request an assignment, just email us at salesadmin@wesgroup.ca and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Please note that the deadline to submit an assignment request is January 31, 2026. Requests received after this date will incur an additional rush fee of $1,000 + GST..
Completion Dates
The estimated completion at ACE is between January 15 – April 15, 2026. Based on the current construction schedule, completion is anticipated to begin between early to middle of February. Please do note that the schedule is subject to change as it is based on an active construction timeline. As soon as your home has a firm completion date, our team will send you an official Completion Date Notice via email, in accordance with your Contract of Purchase and Sale, providing a minimum of 10 business days’ notice.
If you need to request an extension, it may be possible, but please note that interest penalties will apply for each day of delay. These penalties are calculated on the unpaid portion of your Purchase Price and will be reflected on your Statement of Adjustments at Completion. To help you avoid any unnecessary costs, we strongly encourage you to work closely with your legal representative and submit any extension requests well in advance of your Completion Date. Timely communication is essential, as extension requests received after the Completion Date will result in defaulting on the Contract of Purchase and Sale. We’re here to support you, so please reach out early to ensure a smooth process.
Once again, congratulations on your new home at Ace! We truly appreciate you taking the time to review this information. Every homeowner’s situation is unique, and our team is here to support you every step of the way—please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns at salesadmin@wesgroup.ca.
We’re excited to have you join the Wesgroup community and can’t wait to celebrate your new home with you!
Sincerely,
Wesgroup Sales Administration
